What we collect
When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly — name, email, shipping address, and order details. We never collect payment card numbers; those are handled entirely by Stripe.
How we use it
We use your information to fulfill orders, respond to requests, and — only with your consent — send product updates by email. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Cookies
We use one type of cookie: a strictly necessary session cookie that keeps you signed in. We don't use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. Your shopping bag is saved in your browser's local storage, not a cookie, and never leaves your device until checkout.
Newsletter
Subscribing to our newsletter requires confirming your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Data retention & access
We keep order records as required for accounting and support purposes. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting us.
Security
Account passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Saved addresses and shipping details are encrypted at rest in our database. Access to customer data within our systems is limited to staff who need it to do their jobs.
