Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We'll confirm by email once payment is processed. Made-to-order items are produced after purchase, so quantities and lead times may vary.
Pricing
Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout, before any change takes effect.
Returns
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale unless defective.
Custom requests
Submitting a custom request does not obligate us to produce it. We'll send a quote before any custom order is charged.
Reviews
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the product. We moderate reviews for spam and abuse but do not edit their content.
